ABOUT ME Prior to launching Elite Candidate Coaching, I spent 14 years working on Wall Street. My foray into Investment Banking began via the traditional on-campus recruitment process at my alma mater, Carnegie Mellon University. After two summers interning, several months training in London, and a few rotations, I ultimately landed on the Equity Trading desk. During the next 12 years I coached and mentored hundreds of young, aspiring bankers through the networking, application, and interview process. In 2018, ready for a change, and still very passionate about recruiting, I left Trading and joined the Campus Recruitment team. In that role I developed recruiting strategies, organized diversity workshops, and managed the Sales & Trading Summer Internship program.
