We manage relief funds from start to finish, and we make sure that recovery plans are designed in agreement with grant requirements. We understand the challenges that tough recovery decisions present to local communities. We are experts in providing practical solutions for politically sensitive projects. Our technical services include cost-estimating, technical assessments, hazard mitigation identification and analysis, procurement compliance, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, debris removal, project audits, monitoring and evaluation, among others. To date, ARCUS has managed grants amounting to ~$4B.
