The Hawaii State Golf Association (HSGA) is a 501c7 non-profit organization, founded in 1984, to enhance the enjoyment of and preserve the traditions and integrity of golf and serve the best interest of golf in Hawaii. As the official USGA® representative in Hawaii, we are also the exclusive provider of golf handicaps with the GHIN® system. HSGA’s primary objective is to provide a reliable and accurate handicapping system to create an environment in which all golfers can compete on an equitable basis.
