Tracking student growth in science practices is now possible using the Inq-ITS platform! Dr. Janice Gobert, Rutgers University, and her team integrated cutting-edge research on how students learn to do science with big data analytic techniques. As students conduct virtual science labs, Inq-ITS automatically assesses each student on how well they perform on the practices, and then gives both real-time support to students and real-time data to teachers so they can change instruction on the fly.
