ABOUT FHQ DEVELOPMENTS In 2010, the eleven First Nations members and the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) representing over 16,000 First Nation citizens in Treaty 4 territory formed FHQ Developments as a limited partnership. FHQ Developments was appointed as the General Partner for the partnership charged with the mandate of carrying on all economic development business activities for and on behalf of the Limited Partnership. To advance this mandate, FHQ Developments was charged with four core business objectives: > Investing in sustainable opportunities that provide equity ownership in key economic sectors > Developing Partnerships to grow new business or expand strategic initiatives > Supporting and promoting Nation and Citizen Economic Development > Providing Indigenous HR Solutions as consultants and offering employment opportunities for Indigenous people where we do business Our business focuses on creating the greatest economic impact in places where we do business.
