Raised to Reach Back, Inc. (R2RB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The organization was established as a direct response to a commitment to supporting, developing and improving the life chances of young people. Raised to Reach Back, Incorporated is in the business of changing and shaping lives. We connect and create resources with the objective to improve opportunities and experiences of youth, using a comprehensive approach aimed at developing their capabilities through mentorship, partnerships with local schools, skills development, and social responsibility development.
