TaskForce Unlimited is an online application that will allow a project team to enter a team member’s skillset and the project activities that need to be completed. The system will match the skillset of the team member with the required skillset for an activity and provide an unoccupied team member with the opportunity to select among appropriately matched activities, providing choice and variety. Activity dependencies and priorities are also taken into account. By removing fixed start and finish times for an activity as well as breaking the activity/team member connection, a team member will be able to move to the next activity without artificial deadlines. This will greatly increase productivity for a project activty group and this reduction in downtime will create a substantial increase in an organization’s bottom line.
