When Ashley decided to buy the building for her real estate company she made a decision that others may have questioned. The building was already occupied with a Salon. Instead of putting these hair care professionals out on the street, she decided to become a salon owner and improve their working conditions before starting her own. It's Ashley's hope that she has created an atmosphere where the stylists can build their dream business too. Shear Elegance was opened in Sept. 2017. The office for HomePoint Real Estate is slated to open in March of 2018.
