Experience Nature Unplugged is a 501(c)(3) with a mission to inspire wellness in the digital age. While the foundation of our work is balancing our screen time with green time, we offer a variety of preventative (upstream) solutions for mental and physical wellbeing. Our educational and experiential programming focuses on providing tools and resources to help people take a proactive and holistic approach to the current health challenges we are facing today as a society. We offer coaching, trainings, presentations, hikes, day trips, and retreats.
