Rainbow Women Melbourne is a collaboration between AGL Shine and ANZ Pride that connects professional LGBTIQ+ women through informal networking events and aims to empower them to be their authentic selves in all aspects of their lives. Rainbow Women is a welcoming and safe space for all LGBTIQ+ people who identify as women (or with womanhood) in some way, explicitly including women who identify as transgender, non-binary or gender diverse.
