Warwick Carbon Solutions ("WCS") is a Houston based targeted investment vehicle of Warwick Capital Partners ("Warwick"). Warwick is a London based investment management company focused on special situations. WCS will seek to build a sizable investment portfolio of net-zero projects designed to replace emission heavy power and industrial processes with known solutions such as Carbon Capture Use & Storage (CCUS), which control carbon emissions and other greenhouse gases.
