Recovery Science & Technology, LLC (ReST) designs and sells products that help athletes achieve optimal performance by properly balancing training with recovery. ReST has developed and launched Restwise, the first non-invasive system for accurately quantifying an athlete’s state of recovery from exercise. Athletes enter eleven easily measured fatigue “markers” into Restwise through an online or hand-held application, and the patent-pending algorithm analyzes the inputs to calculate a recovery score. Athletes and coaches use this score to adjust training plans. Restwise is in use by some of the world's best known individual athletes, professional teams, and universities.
