Franchise Innovators will contract existing businesses that have experienced success and are willing to prove strong financial statements. Once the client company is signed aboard as a Franchise Innovators member franchisor, the firm will complete franchising within four months. The firm’s management team, a dynamic group of experienced individuals will implement a 7-step process: 1. Evaluate & identify strengths of existing outlet. 2. Trademark name, prepare business plan and replication process. 3. Develop operations and training program. 4. Compile, submit FTC and state-required FDD, franchise agreement, SBA app. 5. Identify franchise layout, design and setup structure. 6. Create website and interactive marketing strategy for franchise sales. 7. Market and sell franchises.
