The InterCard Group offers payment and accounting systems for closed user groups as well as systems for the identification of persons for the purposes of building security, access control and time and attendance. The users of our systems identify themselves with their chipcard, key chip or smartphone at one of our terminals. Then they can pay conveniently and securely, print out confidential documents, pay fees, call up data, use lockers, enter buildings and rooms or record their work time. The identification is carried out on a contactless basis using RFID techno¬logy. Alternatively, or in addition, biometric characteristics can also be included. InterCard is the clear market leader for chipcard-based payment systems and access systems at universities and institutes of further education in Germany today. More than 200 establishments with more than 1,6 million students trust the security of our systems. InterCard Group is also represented in the field of customer cards and employee IDs for large industrial customers. Our subsidiary company IntraKey technologies AG stands for security systems within a concern, in other words building security, access control and time and attendance. IntraKey serves customers from industry and official bodies as well as customers from the entire InterCard Group. Our majority holding Control Systems GmbH & Co. KG concentrates within the InterCard Group on the payment, accounting and administration of copies, print jobs and scans. The InterCard Group is represented in Switzerland by the subsidiary company Multi-Access AG and Polyright.
