As a leadership coach I have worked with managers, tech leads, and individual contributors at startups, small businesses, and major corporations including Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Uber, and SnapChat. I am an advocate and practitioner of coaching approaches to management and leadership. As a former individual contributor, tech lead, and manager, I am fairly familiar with the challenges that arise while holding those roles and during the transitions in between. This has uniquely positioned me as a coach to help and empower domain experts and managers in their leadership roles. I am an avid advocate of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, aiming to empower women and minorities in their career advancements. I received my Professional Coaching certificate from the Professional Coaching Certificate Program at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University. I also have a technical background in engineering and robotics and have led and managed tech teams and projects in academia and industry.
