As a dynamic and diverse leadership learning community, our Foundation Fellows build the SKILLS + CONFIDENCE + CONNECTIONS to lead mission-focused, impact-driven, well-balanced, highly efficient and sustainable organizations. Since our humble beginnings in 1993, we've awarded small grants to neighborhood after-school programs (1994-1998); provided free management training for after-school program staff (1999-2006); and, since 2007, sponsored our tuition-free City Scholars® Fellowship. . . . AND we're just getting started.
