ADRE (Aggregate Data Ledger for Real Estate) is a blockchain consortium for Real Estate based in Tokyo, Japan. Officially launched in October 2018 after a collaborative study among 6 major Japanese companies from varied industries, including Zenhoren (Rent Liability Guarantee), Zenrin (Map publisher), Net Protections (Payment service), LIFULL (Real Estate portal), NTT DATA Institute of Management Consulting, and NTT DATA Global Technology Service Japan. We have developed our own blockchain prototype, and currently, we are pursuing further development to commercialize the platform by 2020.
