Kapow is the next evolution in food trucks. More flavor, fresher ingredients, great service. We believe preparing the best ingredients in a natural and healthy way brings out exceptional flavor in all our dishes. Our menu includes flavors from Southeast Asia to Hawaii and we do our best to serve up innovative dishes from both our truck and catering kitchen. Our home base will be northern Delaware, but you will find us in Newark, Dewey, Baltimore, and up north in Philadelphia. We are looking to change the dining lining landscape in Delaware by collaborating with other mobile vendors to build a strong community.
