Etter Consulting’s mission is to provide services that prepare foster and adoptive parents for transracial adoption and fostering so that children are going into educated and inclusive homes. With this mission in mind we not only provide trainings and resources for adoptive parents, but for social workers and adoption agency staff so they can maintain an inclusive culture be preparing families for transracial adoption and foster.
