The Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico (CARNM) is an association of REALTORS® and real estate affiliates specializing in commercial real estate throughout the state of New Mexico. REALTORS® abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), which includes the duty to arbitrate. Chartered in 1995 and with more than 550 members, CARNM’s mission is to enhance the professionalism, competency and integrity of commercial REALTORS®. CARNM brings together commercial real estate professionals for information sharing, education, government affairs, and professional standards, all to benefit the commercial REALTOR®.
