Audiologist, CASLPO & Owner Jerry has been providing audiology and hearing aid services in the Niagara Region for 25 years at Niagara Rehabilitation/Shaver Hospital, Olsen Hearing Aid Services, ENT office testing and more recently at ListenUp! Canada as a senior audiologist and regional manager. Lorraine Baker-Laufman, Clinic Manager & Owner Lorraine has extensive experience in customer service, office management, specializing in third party funding (ADP, WSIB, DVA, ODSP etc.) Lorraine also worked at ListenUp! Canada as a regional trainer for 4 years and 2 years with Olsen hearing Aid Services. Our promise is to provide our patients with a comfortable, supportive, easy-access environment.
