Bites of Transfoodmation is a Swiss project launched by the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations organizations in Rome, in collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland in Italy, Istituto Svizzero, Présence Suisse, Università della Svizzera italiana and other key partners. Bites of Transfoodmation brings together a unique blend of young, motivated individuals already (or ready to be) projected into the future of food systems. Through their knowledge and concrete experiences, they seek common denominators and elaborate a shared vision towards a more sustainable and resilient future for our food systems.
