In 2019, the youth organization United Peruvian Youth (UPY) was founded. Our mission is to promote the participation of young people in leadership activities that contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - specially SDG 4: Quality Education - with the purpose to train agents of change. UPY's vision is to create a community of young Peruvian leaders who, through the exchange of knowledge and experiences, contribute with their actions to the achievement of the SDGs in their communities and surroundings, with particular consideration to the 4.4 goal of the SDG 4.
