HOME2aT is a new app that enables homeowners to manage the largest purchase of their lifetime. Knowing the history of a home is unmanageable. While information is known at a point-in-time, it is a lost treasure over time. Many use a filing cabinet to retain home information. It’s near impossible to find when needed and sharing the information is not easy. Receipts from Service Pros are rarely retained. Maintenance or improvement projects are difficult to start and manage. Knowing who to trust to provide service at a fair price is difficult. Data stored in multiple spreadsheets or note taking apps.
