TherMap Solutions offers quick and easy data acquisition systems for the analysis of thermal management for semiconductors materials/devices and their packaging. Systems developed can be used safely by fab operators with minimal training. Samples of various sizes can be measured with minimal to no preparation. We also provide measurement services on our demo systems located in our facilities in Bristol on customer provided samples.
