We have recently embarked on the ' Kumul Petroleum Academy's High intensity 15 month Junior Job Ready Technician Training Program' with approximately 60% of the expected competencies associated with positions with the oil, gas and energy industry whether this can be upstream / downstream, offshore / onshore. The programme is targeted to develop Production, Mechanical , Instrumentation and Electrical Junior Technicians. An internal part of the programme is reinforcing a safety and behavioral safety culture. KPA also offers a broader range of short safety training courses for businesses in the energy, mining, construction industries with the capacity to deliver at Client sites or the Academy
