It was jointly initiated and founded by Anhui Investment Group Co., Ltd., Anhui Development Investment Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Chemical Engineering & Metallurgy of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is a company dedicated to the research and development, and production of agrochemical . The factory is a national high-tech enterprise and has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system and GB/28001 occupational health and safety management system certification. The factory implements 5S management. The factory was moved to Anhui Dingyuan Salt Chemical Industrial Park( provincial ) in 2016. It covers an area of 7 hecatres and has complete production equipments.
