RealHealthData was established with the simple goal of creating actionable data from medical records Our dataset of detailed narrative medical records provides a unique perspective on patient conditions and their interactions with physicians. De-identified medical records are compiled into a single database which can be queried for diseases, medications, devices, and any other elements in a real clinical setting. RealHealthData´s database contains millions of records, spanning across all major specialties and 50 States.
