Our mission is to provide trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and breathwork programming as a form of social activism to rehabilitate the criminal justice system. Personal responsibility, mindful interactions, and the means for achieving peace empower practitioners to harness their inner strength. Utilizing the eight limbs of yoga, our ultimate goal is to improve public safety by cultivating positive and healing energy for all beings.
