🌟 Our Mission - Monthly Dignity aims to provide healthy, consistent and equitable access to menstrual hygiene products and tackle the stigma that surrounds menstruation 🚘 Operations - Monthly Dignity operates by having driver volunteers pick up products in stock at Moisson Montreal and bring them to shelters we have partnered with who have requested them. 🚛 Our tripartite collaboration - Monthly Dignity functions in a tripartite collaboration with Fempro, a Quebec menstrual hygiene products producer, and Moisson Montreal, the largest food bank in Canada. When products are no longer of market value because the packaging is outdated, Fempro offers surplus products to Monthly Dignity, instead of throwing them away (as they previously had done). However, Fempro offers Monthly Dignity more products than we can store. With our partnership, Moisson Montreal provides Monthly Dignity with storage space for bulk products. In return, all of the products that Monthly Dignity does not need are distributed to Moisson Montreal’s partners. 🎉 Events - Monthly Dignity functions at a palliative level by making period products accessible for free to those who need them and at a discursive level by opening up conversation about menstrual equity.
