NIDEC GPM was founded back in 1939 and started water pump production in 1949. Since that time, we have worked permanently on advanced and innovative pump technology for CO2 reduction and fuel-saving with a high degree of reliability. After joining the NIDEC Group in 2015, we are now able to combine excellent hydraulic know-how with world leading electric motor capability. For almost 80 years, we have repeatedly demonstrated our enthusiasm for new developments and have made research and development the foundation for sustained strong results. Today, around 1.400 employees work on this mission. They all contribute to NIDEC GPM's steadily growing growth curve. With five locations on four continents, we also complement the worldwide network of NIDEC Corporation: a traditional location and Headquarter in Germany with high-performance R&D, high-growth production sites in China, Brazil and Hungary as well as a technical sales office in the USA.
