Chindits Foundation is a public charitable trust founded by Major (Retd) S. Karthik Venkateswaran, an Indian Army veteran of 10 years. Our Vision: To catalyze change in India by co-creating a strong and diverse community of young leaders who will drive fundamental positive change to India in whatever field they choose to. Our Mission: To Incubate, empower, promote and celebrate young leaders who have excellent Intellectual vitality, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong personal character, and who are passionate to help India grow into a strong, secular, vibrant, and prosperous nation. The foundation would handpick these young change agents from diverse environments and provide mentorship and opportunities to co-create an exceptional community of contemporaries who hold a set of shared values, and who will collaborate in their missions to bring a fundamental positive change to India.
