Who is behind the project? NATALY RESTREPO I am an Industrial Designer specialized in food design. I am passionate about the relationship between humans and food and how the geopolitical and environmental stakes are evolving the way we eat. With experience in the food field, I have worked as a food designer for restaurant chains, food & beverage industry, wine producers and for a food design consulting agency. I have a strong focus on human-centred design, applying new research methodologies with the objective of creating meaningful design. JULIA VARELA TARANCÓN I started my career as a Nutritionist but as soon as I finished, I jumped into the world of digital food marketing, trend research and innovation for the food industry. I help companies in the food and beverage world decide what to do next. I help clients think and act more strategically, connecting the dots between outreach opportunities and innovation.
