As consultants we help our clients improve alignment of their projects to strategic goals, by examining their existing project organization, their project-, program- and portfolio management capability, as well as their project governance maturity. We make suggestions for improvements based on industrial standards and company specific observations and also actively support the implementation and organizational adoption.
