Enrich is a social impact startup that supports high potential college students of color, recent graduates, and young professionals to gain paid summer internships opportunities and employment at top firms within various industries throughout the U.S. Through partnerships with top universities, Enrich provides Scholars with the resources necessary to achieve professional success, such as, industry specific interview and job preparation programming. Enrich then works with firms to increase their pipeline of high quality, diverse candidates.
