Holmleigh Care supports people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Behaviours of concern, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Epilepsy, Complex Needs and those requiring nursing care, whether this be within a residential home or their own flat/home. The support we provide is delivered in a respectful person-centred manner, enabling and supporting people to be involved in every part of their day to day lives, so that they can lead meaningful lives and be active members of their communities. We pride ourselves on ensuring the support we provide focuses on promoting and encouraging independence, choice, control and wellbeing; this is integral to our ethos and our strengths base approach focuses on what people can do and what support they need to achieve their goals. We support individual within 31 specialist sites across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Worcestershire and Swindon.
