Polestar's repertoire has a solid foundation for Pilates mat classes including small apparatus (thera-band, magic circle and Swiss ball). All classes are conducted on a mat and can be modified, as necessary. Before starting, we set aside time to understand your fitness goals and also your movement limitations. On your first visit, we’ll recommend a Pilates Fitness Assessment that will provide us with insight into your body strength and range of motion to ensure that the exercises we’ll use are appropriate for your needs.
