City Year Baton Rouge's mission is to impact the lives of students we serve through education and transform our AmeriCorps members into civic leaders. Idealistic young people come to City Year Baton Rouge, committed to serving full-time in schools across our community. Our AmeriCorps members drive student achievement through one-on-one and small group coaching in attendance, behavior and course performance. City Year Baton Rouge also provides AmeriCorps members the opportunity for networking and professional development.
