The Public Union “Azerbaijan Banks Association” (“ABA”) has the State Registration Certificate No. 1112 of the renewed registration issued on April 2, 1999 by the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic. ABA is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization not distributing profit among its members and expending profit exclusively to reach the goals of the Association. ABA unites, on the basis of common interests and irrespective of legal and organizational forms, banks and non-bank credit institutions as well as other entities with activities in the Azerbaijan Republic related to the monetary and credit system.
