Our approach to the scheduling of work is an ongoing process that requires the co-operation of all forces involved in the project. We issue shop drawings upon award of a project, noting the delivery times of all key items. Should we find an item cannot be delivered within the required time, we source an alternative and request direction from the owners and or engineers as to the acceptability of alternative, noting that the alternative meets with all the specified equipment requirements. We have completed work on weekends and on nights to ensure completion and to operate at the least inconvenience of the building owners or tenants. Our project managers and site supervisors are well trained in job foresight and have proved themselves on numerous projects seeing ahead and resolving any issues before they happen. We do daily forecasts on upcoming materials or equipment needs, making sure that all are on site prior to being required.
