Ribas&Ribas Architects is an architecture Studio based in Barcelona with a 58 years old experience in the area of Architecture and Urbanism. Founded in Barcelona, almost sixt decades ago by Josep Ribas González and now headed by the second and third generation of family architects. The firm offers a wide range of work to cover all the possible urbanistic and social needs of every time. Ribas&Ribas Architects has an internatinal experience and currently developing new exciting projects in Spain, Andorra, Perú and Dubai. The Studio has stablished succesful collaborations with renowned architects such as Josep Lluís Sert and Ateliers Jean Nouvel among others. Ribas & Ribas has developed several projects such as the Columbus tower in Barcelona, the Church of Baqueira - Beret, the New IESE's Business School in Barcelona, the Hotel Renaissance Barcelona Fira and the Life Marina condominium in Ibiza in association with Ateliers Jean Nouvel. Gil and Francesc Rius. - 2013: Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel: chosen for the FAD Award 2013 in the category of Architecture and Interior Design - 2014: Winners of the competition for the Real Madrid Stadium refurbishment and extension in collaboration with GMP and L35 - 2015: Winner of the third prize of the Dubai 2020 Stadium competition (First prize not awarded), in collaboration with L35 and GMP
