Provide broad technical knowledge and commercial understanding of the varied elements in design and operation of service platforms. Provide extensive experience of working in organisations of service providers, network operators and system suppliers. Are familiar with operating in an environment that recognises the business case for the short lead time from an initial investment decision to full operation.
