I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher promoting Laughter Yoga virtually across Canada, in the United States and Internationally to the corporate world, health care system, Boards of Education and seniors. I founded and facilitate Hamilton Grooves with Laughter Yoga, Living Healthier Lifestyles Seminars, and the Pied Piper of Laugh-a-Lot program fro children. Laughter Yoga combines interactive laughter exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, (no poses), singing and dancing. It's designed to increase a healthier lifestyle and reduce stress in the workplace and in your private life. Scientific studies have proven that one minute of laughter, equals ten minutes on a rowing machine or any other cardio-vascular workout and your body doesn't know the difference between fake laughter and real laughter. So the old saying, fake it to you make it, applies.
