On September 18, 2017, the Minister of Industry, together with the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education inaugurated the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic. PILM stands with three Diploma-3 study programs, namely: Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, Mineral Chemical Engineering, and Electrical and Installation Engineering VISION To be an ethical, vocational institution of superior higher education, able to compete in the global era as a pioneer to meet the needs of human resources and technology in the metal industry sector. MISSION Carry out education to prepare professional workers for the industrial sector as well as the education and professional sectors. Carry out research and development in the metal industry. Perform community service. Strengthen partnerships with business and industry.
