TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF HOSTAGE NEGOTIATORS provides professional crisis negotiations training for law enforcement officers throughout Texas. With over 1300 members, TAHN is one of the largest and most active crisis negotiator organizations in the US. Our annual training conference offers four days of breakout sessions, guest speakers, and training hours. TAHN has 8 training regions across the state. Each is headed by a regional vice-president who also serve on the Board of Directors. The TAHN Board of Director’s is supplemented by advisors that are recognized industry professionals who literally “wrote the book” on hostage/crisis negotiations.
