About Us Temp2Higher is a program of the North End Community Development Collaborative (NECIC), a nonprofit Community Economic Development organization. Temp2Higher combines the best practices of the staffing industry and workforce development sector using a unique person-centered focus. Purpose Statement We believe every person is an asset to the community. We want to live in a world where people’s strengths are valued. What we know for sure is that we have a workforce shortage and people who are eager to work. Temp2Higher is a social venture, staffing agency. We do this by coaching, consulting, attracting, and retaining talent. Our focus is transitioning temporary workers to permanent full time employment. Temp2Higher takes staffing to the next level.
