Allegiance Athletics is a private and small group football training program determined to revolutionize the development of Offensive Linemen in Southern California. We focus on teaching movement principles in a highly detailed manner. While it may not be flashy, each athlete will learn ideal posture for delivering force, and how to efficiently move their bodies through all angles of the offensive line position.
