www.e-studenttracker.co.uke-Student Tracker is a browser-based application that works with existing MIS systems to present staff, students and parents with a secure, user-friendly and intuitive central platform for accessing academic and pastoral related services and information. With an aim to enhancing the quality of teaching and learning outcomes, the system provides access to personal and academic student data, including courses, timetables, exam results and attendance, as well as services to help improve the tracking and monitoring of interactions between staff, students and parents through tracking of electronic markbooks, individual learning plans and pastoral interactions. Dashboard – the customisable and user targeted hub with tailored content and details for the current user Markbook – providing a way to manage assessments and assignments for both academic and vocational courses ILP – formally tracking the individual learning plan through structured forms and setting and reviewing of targets Pastoral – allows monitoring of student progress whether it is related to achievements or areas of concern Learner Support – sensitive recording and tracking of students who receive additional learning support Alerts – broadcasting of notifications and messages to dashboard users, including students, staff and parents References – a structured way to collate and construct student subject and tutorial related UCAS references Feedback – creation and analysis of custom surveys for individuals, groups or subject specific related audiences Reports – easy access to reports generated by either the e-ST modules or those provided through other services
