Our initiative The Rework America Alliance, a unique partnership of civil rights organizations, nonprofits, private sector employers, labor unions, educators, and others, works to help millions of unemployed individuals and those in low-wage roles to move into better jobs. The focus of the Alliance is to help people who have built capabilities through experience but do not have a bachelor’s degree - particularly people of color and women.
