• Alegria Health and Wellness will provide the South Bronx community with primary, and ongoing care for complex chronic illnesses. • Our experienced, multi-lingual staff will provide Primary Care, Pediatric Care, Behavioral Health, Cardiac Care, Dental Care, Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Urgent Care services to the local community. • Our 14,000 square foot facility features 13 adult examination rooms, multiple procedure rooms, diagnostic tools including laboratory, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and x-rays, a dental examination suite, separate pediatric examination and waiting areas, a behavioral health suite, an intravenous infusion center, and a private, specialty pharmacy on-site. • We are dedicated to increasing healthcare literacy, prevention and early intervention through community education and outreach. • We will work with local community leaders to schedule health education and screening events at neighborhood schools, churches, barber shops, apartment buildings, recreational centers, and parks.
